Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will e-mail the email address you provided during checkout with tracking information. Please contact us at Info@homefiredirect.com if, after six business days, you have not received tracking information from us regarding your order. Within five business days following the date of your order, if your order is in stock and we are able to charge your credit card, it will ship.
We offer a base "curb side pickup" option. This shipping option will always be free! Shipping and delivers within 3-7 days!
Who are our shipping partners: We work with Fedex, Ups and Freight Club
There is no international shipping. (There are some exceptions; you will receive your order if the website allows you to check out and provide your delivery address.) Particularly, a few goods are sold in Canada.
As soon as we receive your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to inquire about availability and stock status. We will nullify the pre-authorization and email you if your item is backordered or unavailable. If your item(s) are ready to ship right away (within 5 business days), we'll process the payment and send the order to the shipping department.
